We are currently seeking an experienced: TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST (NC/SC/VA) JOB SUMMARY: Provide patient care services. Document patient care. Communicate as necessary with inter-company and intra-company contacts. Education of the LPTA(s) and other clinicians. Accept travel assignments as directed by supervising Clinical Director. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited school of physical therapy and current licensure from the state where therapy will be provided. Prefer a minimum of one year’s therapeutic experience in a non-home health care environment. Requires a strong knowledge of theory and concepts relating to the practice of physical therapy and the ability to evaluate and treat patients for whom a physician’s order exists. Must be CPR certified; possess strong communication and organizational skills. Minimum of twelve hours of continuing education in a twelve-month period.
