Job Description Job Description Bilingual HR Generalist Description: We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our supportive HR team. This role offers a stable work environment, strong company culture, and opportunities for professional growth. You will handle a variety of HR tasks, including personnel records, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update personnel records, HR documents, and benefits. Ensure compliance with training, certifications, and labor laws. Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Administer benefits and manage leave compliance (CFRA/FMLA/ADA/PDL). Conduct background checks and handle employee verifications. Implement new hire orientation and maintain related materials. Address employment inquiries and manage workers' compensation claims. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Prepare HR metrics reports and manage the exit interview process. Assist with payroll tasks, employee information, and timekeeping. Support HR projects related to compensation, job descriptions, and more. Manage I-9 compliance and record keeping. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
