Provide oversight, direction, guidance, and advisory services to division and office managers regarding unplanned or unprogrammed needs for inclusion in Strategic and Business Plans. Ensure all information management initiatives are created and maintained in the IT Service Management solution, aligned with Incident Management Process Owners (IMPO). Develop policies and broad-based plans to protect the integrity and confidentiality of automated systems, networks, data, and automation resources/functions. Develop local policy guidance, metrics, and standard operating procedures as required. Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Tour of Duty: Set Schedule. Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access. Appointment subject to completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination; background checks may lead to removal. Qualifications One year of specialized experience directly related to the position, with equivalent experience at GS‑11 or higher for GS‑12 level. Experience monitoring IT activities to measure progress toward objectives; implementing internal controls. Experience developing IT plans, workload, workforce, and budget requirements; conducting briefings and preparing summaries. Experience maintaining the Information Technology Investment Portfolio database relevant to IT acquisition and justification. Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting workshops, meetings, and seminars to provide advisory services and training on IT program direction. Additional Information Applicants will undergo background checks, required security clearance, and drug testing in accordance with federal policies.
