We're looking for a highly motivated Machinist & Fabrication Worker to join our team! In this role, you'll support production by building and manufacturing parts hands-on. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is dependable, works with a sense of urgency, and thrives both independently and while managing multiple tasks at once. Required Skills & Traits:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with manual machining, CNC machining. Welding, and fabrication
• Manual Mill & Lathe experience
• Use of precision measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometer, various gages, etc.)
• Drill press, Bandsaws, Chop saw
• Bench and surface grinders
• Belt and disc sanders
• Tig & Mig welding
• Very Mechanical
• Able to take things apart and put them back together
• Strong, Physical Capabilities and Dexterity – see Physical Demands

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Employee Guidelines for Safety, Attendance & Manufacturing.
• Work closely with Production management on your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks.
• Machining and fabrication of product,
• Machining and fabrication of production and support tooling
• Maintenance and repair of said tooling.
• Design and fabrication of basic items

·       Four day workweek with consistent hours

• Compensation: $32.00-37.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (10-hr day)
