Toyota of Hollywood was the first Toyota dealership in the United States , opening in 1957 as Toyota began building its presence in America.

Nearly 70 years later, the dealership has entered a new chapter.

After decades on Hollywood Boulevard, Toyota of Hollywood recently moved into a new location on Sunset Boulevard, featuring a modern showroom, expanded service capacity, and the foundation for the next stage of growth.

Now we're looking for the General Manager who will lead it.

Go Auto is one of North America's largest automotive groups, with more than 70 dealerships across Canada and the United States. We've grown by investing in great people, developing strong leaders, and giving them the tools and support to succeed.

Compensation

This is a commission-based executive leadership position.

Expected annual earnings: $500,000 to $1,000,000+ , based on dealership performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall performance and operations of Toyota of Hollywood

• Drive new and used vehicle sales, fixed operations, profitability, and operational excellence

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team

• Establish clear expectations and create a strong culture of accountability

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across every department

• Develop and execute business plans that produce strong financial results

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, market share, and profitability

• Recruit and retain great people

• Partner with Go Auto leadership while taking full ownership of dealership results

What We're Looking For

• Current or recent General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Dealer Principal experience

• Proven success leading a high-performing automotive dealership

• Strong understanding of dealership financials and operational performance

• Demonstrated ability to grow sales and profitability

• Strong fixed operations knowledge

• A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining great leaders

• Strong business and financial acumen

• A leader who creates accountability and gets results

• Someone who operates with integrity, urgency, and a high level of ownership
