Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Duties and Responsibilities:Provide onsite support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issuesEnsure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripheralsMay resolve higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasksMay serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processesWork may be more technical in nature and could include more complex tasks, such as performing data transfers or building imagesReceive user calls and offer remote or on-site supportTroubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applicationsPerform management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow toolSkills and Qualifications:Good communication and customer support skillsGood analytical / troubleshooting skillsServiceNow experience is a plusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, and O365 supportExperience with installation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or AutopilotWage Range: The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
