Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services in facility settings. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Operate as a teammate contributing to a culture of patient-centered care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree with five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Ability to work in a facility environment.
