Responsibilities

Join a high-acuity Neuro Ortho unit at George Washington University Hospital, where you’ll care for complex patients—including stroke, TBI, and spine cases—while building advanced clinical skills in a leading academic medical center.

Unit Overview

• 42-bed acute care unit (Neuro Ortho)
• Comprehensive Stroke Unit
• Level IV Epilepsy Center
• Patient population includes:
  • Stroke and neurologic conditions
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Spine and orthopedic surgery patients

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS
• Current state nursing license.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Requirements specified for specialty unit
