He/she will primarily utilize the PowerBI analytics and visualization platform to create, deploy and maintain reusable analytical solutions. He/she will analyze and troubleshoot user issues resulting from the use of analytical solutions developed. He/she will champion the process of redesigning reports that are manual today and deploying them into the PowerBI self-service framework to allow end users to access and use the information on demand.Experience Required3 to 5 years of experience in business analytics and performing quantitative and qualitative analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.1 to 2 years of experience working with advanced features in PowerBI. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in data visualization.Experience modeling, wrangling and interpreting large data sets to inform decision-making, leveraging tools such as PowerBI Prep or Python.Previous experience working with healthcare (operational /financial) data and healthcare EMR systems (Epic, Clarity, Caboodle) highly preferred.Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work with business leaders and technical teams to gather business needs and turn them into technical requirements.Product management experience a plus.Epic Caboodle and Clarity certifications desirable.Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work with business leaders and technical teams to gather business needs and turn them into technical requirements.Self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail.Education RequirementsMaster’s degree required, In a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Business Analytics) with focus on Business Analytics.Salary Min ($)USD $41.00Salary Max ($)USD $70.00Job SummaryJob ID: 70736Category: ProfessionalsShift: 1Type: Full TimeDepartment Name: PMI
