Title Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location Piscataway, NJ 08854 Requisition Number 230188 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route and servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Prior to their first day of employment, applicants must: Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation of prior employment Additional qualifications: All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A high school diploma, GED, or military service A strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and teamwork skills to meet goals A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. This range reflects factors considered in compensation decisions such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
