Job Description

Your First 30–60 Days

• Structured onboarding with clear expectations
• Side-by-side collaboration with the Clinic Director and PTs
• Gradual progression toward full independence
• Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and communication

What You Will Do

• Treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions under the direction of a PT
• Coach patients through exercise progressions, movement retraining, and load management
• Apply manual therapy techniques when they meaningfully support patient outcomes
• Contribute to clinical decision-making rather than simply following a protocol
• Document efficiently during the workday so you're not taking notes home

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr.
