Schedule : Full-Time Responsibilities: • • Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, ensuring each patient receives personalized care. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical records system to support seamless patient care and communication. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Nutritionists, to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. • Foster a positive and professional clinic environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment areas. • Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving patient outcomes and clinic operations. • Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and promote long-term health. • Assist in the development and implementation of clinic programs and initiatives that align with Vida's holistic health approach. Qualifications: Licensed PTA in WA State. Experience in implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record systems. Commitment to fostering a positive and professional clinic environment through cleanliness and organization. Strong communication skills to educate patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies. Compensation: $32 - $35 hourly
