Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role within the G&A FP&A team, supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of Corporate Finance. You will partner with finance, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support planning cycles, and help drive business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks, maintaining performance metrics, and clearly communicating business drivers and variances to stakeholders. You will also support ad hoc analysis and contribute to the company's growth and operational effectiveness.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, G&A FP&A.ResponsibilityLead FP&A support for Corporate including Capex & Depreciation, Business Taxes, Insurance, allocation rules, and GAAP one-time items, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for these areasWork with the accounting team to support timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reportingSupport the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooksPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management review materialsConduct scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case support for new initiatives and investmentsMonitor and analyze key financial metrics and business drivers; identify and explain budget/forecast variancesContribute to continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processesJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related fieldExperience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning within a dynamic environmentExperience with Google Sheets and Excel; experience building and maintaining complex financial modelsPreferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearlySelf-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organizationFamiliarity with Google Suite and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Tableau)Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
