Help Desk Support Specialist

Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support to internal users in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and access issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Troubleshoot and support A/V equipment in meeting rooms, including live meeting assistance
- Support and resolve issues related to multifunction printers (MFPs), including print and scan functionality
- Apply basic networking knowledge to resolve connectivity and peripheral issues
- Independently diagnose issues using strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution
- Deliver professional, service-focused support with strong interpersonal skills
- A+ Certification
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (must-have)
- Experience supporting A/V systems and office technology
- Experience supporting multifunction printers (MFPs)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Strong communication and people skills with a work-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
