Workforce Management Product Lead

PB consulting

The Senior Workforce Management Product Lead will lead the strategy, implementation, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions, with a focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, Workday, payroll, and enterprise integrations.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead global implementation and rollout of Workforce Management solutions.
Manage WFS Time & Attendance implementations and pay rule configurations.
Gather business requirements and design scalable Workforce Management processes.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders.
Manage integrations with Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Lead multiple country deployments, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure solutions comply with local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council requirements.
Develop deployment plans, roadmaps, business cases, and project status updates.
Drive change management, user adoption, and global process standardization.
Identify opportunities to improve Workforce Management processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Workforce Software (WFS) implementation experience.
Strong Global Time & Attendance expertise.
Experience with Workday HCM and enterprise payroll integrations.
Experience leading global, multi-country Workforce Management deployments.
Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, project, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours across global time zones.
5+ years of Workforce Management experience.
