This position is well-suited for recent graduates, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and those transitioning into human services. No prior experience in developmental disabilities is required-we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional

As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living activities, skill-building, documentation, and fostering a safe, respectful environment.

DSPs play a critical role in maintaining safety, providing reassurance, and ensuring continuity of care during nighttime hours. You'll help create calm, consistent routines that support overall well-being.
