Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with nuclear medicine procedures using Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to care policies, including the prohibition of artificial nails.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and utilize radiation badges provided by the client.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and procedure outcomes.
• Apply your expertise in operating imaging equipment and ensure clarity of imaging results.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification required.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate required.
• Driver's license required to verify residence outside of 50-mile radius.
• DOT Certification preferred initially, mandatory within 90 days of assignment extension.
• Ability to work weekday shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.
• Experience with nuclear medicine imaging equipment preferred, but training is available for those without specific equipment experience.
