The right candidate will serve as a resource and provide leadership assistance to achieve departmental goals. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in the area of case management and utilization management. They must have a working knowledge of hospital operations and community resources. Requires excellent leadership skills and an ability to interact well across departments and the facility. Requirements:-At least 5 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting three of which include case management or utilization management.-At least two years of prior supervisory experience required.
