Talent Acquisition Specialist - Concessions International - Atlanta Airport

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee and manager recruiting activities which includes placing ads, maintaining accurate records of active job openings and received applications; reviewing applications, conducting and scheduling preliminary interviews for internal and external job postings.


• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks


• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews


• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs


• Attends job fairs and recruitment vents to obtain top talent and build a pipelines.


• Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers.


• Generates offer letters and processes background checks.


• Improving employer branding to attract top talent


• Maintains and distributes clearance letters for airport badges (new, replacement, and renewals).


• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, , hiring processes, etc.


• Performs other duties as assigned (Conducts daily airport badge audits.)

Decision-Making Authority :

Position exercises judgment daily in administering HR programs and in providing information to managers and employees. For decisions that would have a potentially significant impact or require material deviation from established policy, position clears HR Manager as appropriate.

Education/ Previous Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in the field; or, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Specific skills required :

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors and/or others as required.


• Must maintain confidentiality and secure confidential documents and records.


• Must possess knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


• Must be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and UltiPro Systems.


• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be detail oriented and organized.


• PHR or SHRM-CP would be beneficial
