Front Desk Receptionist

ATA Services, Inc., is seeking a full-time, in person Front Desk Receptionist to work for our client, Vermont's Economic Services Division.

Hourly rate : $18.00 /hr.

Hours: Monday through Friday between 7:45 and 4:30.

Location : 88 Merchants Row, Rutland, VT

Overview:

This position plays an important role in supporting individuals and families who rely on Economic Services programs. As the first point of contact for many visitors, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring applications, documents, and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Technician team.
• Review applications, submissions, and other documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with front desk operations and help direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Review and process invoices and related documentation.
• Route requests for services, information, and assistance to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Perform a variety of office management and administrative support functions to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer experience, data entry, MS Excel, MS Word skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
