Reminiscent of road-side taco joints, they serve up everyone’s favorite Mexican street food (and fun). Guests can enjoy a variety of wood-fired grilled meats that serve as the centerpiece of the lively, tongue-in-cheek take on a Mexican watering hole. The concept transforms from day-to-night with a fiesta vibe and an authentic drink menu complete with house-made margaritas. Job Summary Line Cook position for a reliable individual looking to expand their culinary skills and grow with us. Federales is located in the RiNo Art District. Salary Range Starting at $19.29/ Hour Responsibilities and Duties Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices Assists in plating food items for service Cleans assigned work station areas Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters Carefully follows instructions and procedures set and communicated by Chef Qualifications and Skills Reliable Must have a Food Handlers Certificate Must be able to work in an organized, clean, efficient environment and thrive in busy situations Able to communicate effectively with other team members Minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated Flexible scheduling Benefits and Perks Authentic, inclusive, fun company culture 50% discount on food + beverage at all 4C locations Competitive pay 401K + company match Development opportunities – 4C is growing!
