We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our MarTech team at Publicis Groupe. We are looking for a senior technical profile with a strong software engineering background and deep knowledge of MarTech, particularly across CRM, CDP and Marketing Automation. This is not a campaign operations role. The person will help our clients understand and evolve their MarTech ecosystems, define technical solutions and architectures, support new business opportunities and contribute to the development of our own technology and AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical audits and assessments of MarTech ecosystems, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities and defining AS-IS / TO-BE architectures.
• Design MarTech architectures and technology roadmaps, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in RFPs, pitches and technical proposals, defining and presenting the technical approach to clients.
• Act as a technical reference for clients and internal teams across CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation and customer data.
• Lead the technical side of MarTech implementations and integrations, coordinating developers, vendors and client stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of our own MarTech and AI products, integrating proprietary solutions with leading technology platforms.
• Be hands-on when required, supporting prototypes, APIs, integrations and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Technology background
• Experience with one or several major MarTech ecosystems is highly valued: Adobe: AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Adobe Campaign, AEM. Salesforce: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud. Braze Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Customer Insights
• Knowledge of APIs, data architectures, cloud environments, identity and AI/GenAI integrations will also be valued.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
• Strong experience in MarTech architecture and technical consulting.
• Solid knowledge of CRM, CDP and Marketing Automation.
• Ability to combine technical depth with client-facing and consulting skills.
• Experience in technical presales, RFPs and solution design.
• Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Professional English.
