POSITION OVERVIEW:

Labor and Delivery Nurses play a crucial role in welcoming new lives into the world each day. They provide care to women during labor and childbirth, ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby, offering guidance to mothers, and assisting healthcare providers. In this role, you will prepare women and their families for the birthing process and support patients with breastfeeding after delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery. A New York State Healthcare Provider license is required or the willingness to obtain one.

NECESSARY CERTIFICATIONS:

This role may require one or more of the following certifications: STABLE, NRP, ACLS, PALS, ADV AWHONN, BLS.
