Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $40k - $90k annually

Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.

Department Hours: Monday through Saturday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while showcasing Audi features, technology, and benefits.
• Manage and follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• We prefer someone who has the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
