Pay rate:

• RECENTLY INCREASED to $20.00–$25.00 per hour , dependent on relevant experience and qualifications

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
• Must be able to work overtime before or after shift times and on weekends

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating CNC machines and automated production equipment
• Setting and adjusting tooling and fixtures as needed
• Using robotic systems to load and unload components
• Monitoring operations such as drilling, grooving, turning, and threading
• Using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to ensure product quality

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous machining or experience working in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting
• Possess strong basic math skills
• Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and are willing to communicate issues
• Are able to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Are comfortable working mandatory overtime and in a loud, non-climate-controlled setting
