Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-2:00PM

We are currently seeking a Mixing Machine Operator to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for preparing and processing juice blends according to established formulas and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with equipment, and able to follow precise instructions. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do:
Prepare and mix juice products according to established recipes and specifications.
Operate blending and pasteurization equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor equipment, temperatures, and product conditions throughout the production process.
Use computerized control systems and manual controls to operate production equipment.
Measure ingredients and verify quantities before and during production.
Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality paperwork accurately.
Perform quality checks and basic product testing as required.
Report any quality issues, equipment concerns, or discrepancies to management.
Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas according to established procedures.
Assist with equipment changeovers and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) processes.
Track ingredient usage and assist with inventory when needed.
Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food-quality procedures.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements.
Work independently while also collaborating with other members of the production team.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, or similar experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
Comfortable learning computer systems and production software.
Ability to perform basic measurements and quality checks.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
