Your Daily Contributions

Duties of a Utility Operator:

• Package PVC Compound in forms such as bags, boxes, and bulk shipments.
• Adhere to labeling standards and create order-specific boxes.
• Take on assorted packaging tasks as needed.
• Master label production accordingly.
• Ensure the quality of finished products diligently.
• Efficiently operate fork trucks and hand trucks.
• Choose and use the correct tools for every task.
• Precisely weigh products using exact measures.

Unit Operator Role:

Includes all functions enumerated for a Utility Operator.

Essentials of a Blender Loader:

• Loading and cleaning of ribbon blenders a priority.
• Accurate weighing of necessary ingredients.
• Collecting lab-bound samples.

The Console Operator's Role:

• Incorporates Blender Loader duties.
• Interpret and fulfil the schedule's demands effectively.
• Properly introduce bulk oil and resin into blends.

Core Responsibilities as a Compounder:

• Includes all Blender Loader activities.
• Ensure meticulous measurement and labeling of ingredients.
