Outsides Sales Representative

Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, sales‑driven field sales representative to join our team. You will develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to grow your territory and convert potential customers into new clients. We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan. Responsibilities Maintain up‑to‑date information on our services, products, industry, competition, and market conditions to effectively present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met. Use the CRM to stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs. Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services. Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory. Attend online and in‑person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Working knowledge of a CRM system. Proven track record of sales experience (3‑5 years).
