Camargo Cadillac is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to help our customers get the most out of their new Cadillac.

 

No automotive experience is required — we provide paid training!

 

If you’re friendly, comfortable with technology, and enjoy helping people, this could be a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry. This is NOT a sales position. You won’t be cold calling customers or trying to sell vehicles. Instead, you’ll work one-on-one with customers after they purchase their Cadillac, helping them learn the features and technology inside their new vehicle.

 

If you’ve worked in  customer service, retail, hospitality, wireless/mobile phone sales, electronics, or another people-focused role , we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

 

• Welcome customers and help create an exciting new-vehicle delivery experience
• Show customers how to use the technology and features in their new Cadillac
• Connect smartphones and set up Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi, navigation, and mobile apps
• Help customers personalize vehicle and driver settings
• Explain safety, convenience, and infotainment features
• Answer questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand way
• Follow up with customers who need additional technology assistance
• Complete paid Cadillac product and technology training
• Help ensure every customer leaves feeling comfortable and confident with their new vehicle
