Social Media Manager

Company channels, executive personal brands, employee advocacy, and external influencer/advocate relationships as the single accountable owner: Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, and emerging channels, setting the calendar and cadence rather than reacting to one-offs Run an employee advocacy program for executives and ~15–20 customer-facing employees: ghostwrite, coach, and equip people to post in their own voices to multiply reach Build and manage relationships with external voices — industry influencers, analysts, customer advocates, and partners — to extend reach and credibility, coordinating both sponsored and organic amplification Write on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership content with precision and voice consistency Produce and direct visual content on-site, either hands-on or by managing freelance photo/video resources, and hold a high quality bar #J-18808-Ljbffr Confero
