Familiar with the unique challenges associated with high-volume consumer-facing environments, geographically dispersed workforces, and complex stakeholder ecosystems. Able to tailor change strategies to address industry-specific needs while maintaining focus on business value realization and employee adoption. Key responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, organizational readiness evaluations, communication planning and execution, training coordination, adoption tracking, and leadership engagement. Partners with program leadership to identify change risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide actionable recommendations that improve transformation success. Supports governance activities and prepares executive-level presentations, status reports, and change metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate program progress. Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to assess organizational readiness and measure adoption outcomes. Skilled in synthesizing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and translating findings into meaningful actions that improve employee experience and transformation effectiveness. Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting and client environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and business needs. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour.
