Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current Arizona SLP license
• Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings preferred
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card required
• Arizona Department of Education certification (DOE Cert) mandatory
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and evidence-based practices to promote communication development
