Position Overview ITSC is seeking multiple Operations Specialist Seniors to provide senior level 24/7 operational support to the Missile Warning and Test operations team. This role ensures continuous system operations through hands‑on participation in round‑the‑clock mission support and demonstrates competence across all aspects of system operations and maintenance. Impact of the Role The Operations Specialist Senior directly supports mission assurance by maintaining uninterrupted Missile Warning operations. This position plays a critical role in system availability, operational reliability, and rapid response to mission events within a 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide senior‑level support to Missile Warning and Test operations teams Support 24/7 operations, ensuring continuous system availability Perform system operations and maintenance in accordance with approved operational procedures Monitor system performance and respond to operational events and anomalies Support shift operations, handovers, and continuity of operations Coordinate with engineering and integration teams to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security requirements Requirements Required Knowledge & Technical Expertise System operations and sustainment Operational procedures and maintenance practices Mission monitoring and operational event response Team‑based operations in high‑reliability environments Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting 24/7 operations for DoD, space, or mission‑critical systems Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, or related discipline Demonstrated experience performing system operations and maintenance Ability to work rotating shifts and support continuous operations Summary Why ITSC At ITSC, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled professionals supporting critical national defense missions.
