Responsibilities will include data analysis, engagement with Procurement Agents and leadership with an emphasis on proactive risk mitigation planning.**Position Responsibilities:*** Applies best practices and standard work to support Operations Procurement Agents managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)* Analyzes supply chain readiness data for production system risk* Provides peer review of supplier readiness plans* Reduces supplier performance risk to current and future production rates* Provides strategies to align with program needs and supply base capabilities* Partners with Business Operations and Enterprise Supply Chain Readiness to drive functional excellence for rate assessment and mitigation processes* Defines and improves standard work**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.****Export Control Requirement:**This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**Basic Qualifications** (**Required Skills**/**Experience):*** 4+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management* 4+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field* 2+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)* Able and willing to travel up to 15% domestically**Preferred Qualifications** (**Desired Skills**/**Experience**):* Level 4: 7+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management* 7+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field* 4+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)* Bachelor's degree* 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams* 1+ years within fabrication/manufacturing, quality, and/or industrial engineering* Experience in a role with strong interpersonal and communication skills**Conflict of Interest:**Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.**Drug Free Workplace:**Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.**Additional Information:**At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
