Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Fabricator with strong mechanical aptitude to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have welding experience, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate, cut, weld, and braze metal components to specifications
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Prepare, fit, and tack weld materials before final welding
• Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Monitor weld quality to prevent distortion, warping, or defects
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment issues or material defects to supervision

Skills and Experience:

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Welding certification or trade school completion preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Aluminum welding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Stand, bend, climb, stoop, and walk throughout the shift
