Earn $23.50 as a BCM Earn $24.60 as a Bilingual BCM Position Overview: The Blended Case Manager (BCM) position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing services to assigned consumers as identified in their service plan. The ideal candidate will possess the following: A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, or other related human services field Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation with consistent access to a vehicle during working hours to perform the essential duties of the position, including required travel between work locations.
