End-to-End Loan Processor Consumer & Commercial Lending

We're currently looking for a Loan Processor to join our Cokato branch. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented, organized professional, who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and accurate lending experience! What You'll Do As a Loan Processor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Lending department with a variety of loan types, but primarily consumer, commercial and agriculture. In this role you will: Provide end-to-end loan processing support, which includes underwriting assistance, ordering applicable services, and preparing accurate loan documentation. Build and maintain loans within our core system, ensuring all data is complete and correct. Prepare and perfect collateral liens to ensure compliance. Collaborate with appropriate resources to assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing timely updates regarding loan status as needed. Assist with the coordination of loan closings and funding, ensure that all loan fees and invoices are processed. Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
