-Faxing records/care plans
-Possible light scheduling
-Collecting new patient paperwork
-Calling new referrals to collect intake

Speech Works Pediatric Therapy provides pediatric OT/ST/PT services throughout Volusia, Flagler and Brevard Counties. We offer services in our 5 outpatient locations and throughout the community.
Great team and great culture. We are hiring a front desk/Admin Assistant for 24 hours per week for our Palm Coast office. Our phones are busy, so comfort with client communications is a must. Working knowledge of medical insurance, eligiblity and benefits, scheduling is a HUGE plus. Hours are flexible, but should stay the same weekly.
