Title : TSG Support Technician with Driving

Location: COPPELL Texas 75019

Duration: 0 - 12 Months

Shift : 3PM - 12AM

Rate: $27.65/Hour

Job Duties

Provide technology support activities in an assigned area.
Perform equipment exchanges and maintain accurate inventory controls.
Install software, apply program updates, and perform system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer and telecommunications systems.
Train users on supported hardware and software from both user and technical perspectives.
Assist users in resolving hardware and software malfunctions.
Travel using a personal vehicle to provide technology support to customers and locations, including Core Technology, Small Package, Freight, and SCS sites.
Support and maintain technology infrastructure.
Work various shifts, including weekends as required for vacation coverage or planned upgrades.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
CompTIA A+ certification required.
Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong task prioritization skills.
