The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing execution across City Vineyard, ofCorsica, Miru, and El Bar, with a primary focus on food and beverage, brand storytelling, social media, digital marketing, and on-site guest-facing materials. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to bring each property's brand to life across social, email, web, partnerships, and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable creating content on-site, and able to manage multiple projects and properties simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and create on-site photo and video content for both organic and paid social channels.
• Support weekly content planning across all assigned properties, including upcoming promotions, F&B features, seasonal moments, events, and brand initiatives.
• Schedule and publish social content in coordination with the broader marketing strategy.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, including monitoring and responding to social media DMs, comments, mentions, and other guest interactions.
• Build and execute marketing emails based on creative and strategic direction from the Marketing Manager or Director.
• Partner with the digital team to coordinate website updates, including menus, promotions, events, imagery, and other property information.
• Manage the printing, organization, placement, and ongoing maintenance of on-site marketing collateral, including menus, signage, table tents, promotional materials, and other guest-facing assets.
• Conduct influencer, creator, and promotional partnership outreach and manage ongoing communications, hosted visits, collaborations, and follow-up.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, content assets, project trackers, and partnership information.
• Support basic reporting and tracking for social media, email, digital campaigns, and partnership activity.
• Assist with seasonal campaigns, property launches, brand activations, photo shoots, and other special marketing initiatives.
• Handle additional marketing administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination needs as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role in hospitality setting, and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Professional and effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient computer and technological skills (Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc)
• Must be detail oriented with particular strength in time management and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce deliverables within strict deadlines
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Appreciation and general understanding of the music, food, and wine business
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time; stand and walk regularly
• Must be able to travel as needed
• Bachelors degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field
