Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
Master's degree (business, finance or accounting) - Preferred
Shift Details : Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours/week)
General Description:
- Manage the payroll, accounts payable, LTC resident funds and non-patient billing function to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Management to include clearing and resolving backlog of aged or unprocessed invoices, three-way matching, 1099 compliance, payment runs, large population payroll including gross-to-net entities, tax accruals, benefit deductions, and W-2 reconciliation using ADP and Workday.
- Produce month-end financial statements and accompanying variance analysis by established deadlines.
- Coordinate all FLH insurance policies and evaluate annual policy charges/rate increases.
- Coordinate all local, state and federal employment, sales and property tax filing to ensure accuracy and timely filing.
- Assist with year-end financial statement audit by preparing auditor-requested schedules.
