Financial Controller

Wat ga je doen Je rapporteert aan de Head of Financial Control en werkt nauw samen met diverse afdelingen binnen Holland & Barrett (zowel in de Benelux als Engeland). Samen bouwen jullie aan een efficiënte finance organisatie en zorgen voor optimaal inzicht in de cijfers en prestaties van Holland & Barrett. Verantwoordelijkheden Het optimaliseren, uitvoeren en begeleiden van het maand- en jaareinde proces van het opstellen, analyseren en rapporteren van financiële gegevens. Toezicht houden op budgetten en forecasts, en samen met het finance team proactief strategische risico's en kansen identificeren. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van interne controleprocedures om naleving van regelgeving te waarborgen en de efficiëntie van financiële processen te verbeteren. Samenwerken met andere afdelingen in de Benelux en in Engeland om financiële processen te optimaliseren en efficiëntie te bevorderen. Interne en externe rapportages overzichtelijk en aantrekkelijk opstellen, zodat de ontvangende lezers meteen begrijpen wat je bedoelt. Begeleiden van en ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits. Wat neem je mee Minimaal een HBO‑diploma in de richting van finance & control, accounting of een vergelijkbare opleiding behaald. Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of bij een accountantskantoor. Ervaring met het verbeteren van processen en procedures, en het bouwen aan een afdeling. Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden. Ervaring met ERP‑systemen en geavanceerde kennis van Excel (bij voorkeur ook data analytics tools zoals Power BI, Tableau etc).
