Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an orthopedic and trauma setting
• Perform procedures such as arthroscopies, total joints, and ortho trauma
• Utilize Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Orthopedic and trauma orthopedic experience
• TNCC or TCAR certification
• BLS certification

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and trauma nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
