Senior Marketing Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager based in United States. This role owns the operational foundation that powers marketing performance in a high-volume, product-led environment. You will connect marketing automation, CRM, product data, and analytics to create scalable systems that turn customer signals into action. The position combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution across lifecycle marketing, attribution, experimentation, and MarTech infrastructure. You will partner closely with Growth, Revenue Operations, Data, Product, and other go-to-market teams to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue visibility. A major focus will be ensuring data quality, email deliverability, measurement, and operational governance remain reliable as programs scale. The role offers significant autonomy and is ideal for a systems-oriented marketer who enjoys solving complex problems and building trusted growth infrastructure. Accountabilities: - Execute the Marketing Operations roadmap by translating broader Marketing and go-to-market priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs. - Own the marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation. - Build and maintain integrations between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics systems to support a connected customer journey. - Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.

- Build reporting and self-service dashboards that provide Marketing and GTM stakeholders with trusted performance visibility for weekly, monthly, and executive decision-making. - Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, using customer and product signals to create scalable journeys. - Build experimentation infrastructure that enables marketing teams to launch, measure, and learn from tests with minimal engineering dependency. - Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic evaluations of technology that should be retained, consolidated, retired, or integrated. - Establish scalable high-volume email practices covering audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience. - Analyze complex datasets to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for improved conversion, translating findings into actionable recommendations with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps. - Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and return on investment. - Explore emerging AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility capabilities, helping establish practical workflows, measurement approaches, and operational baselines. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, ideally within a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment. - Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, routing, and data governance. - Experience operating high-volume customer or prospect datasets and building reliable segmentation, lifecycle, and operational processes at scale.
