Program Manager- Injection Molding

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing injection molding programs from launch through production, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability. This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers, coordinating all aspects of projectexecution. Key Responsibilities Manage new and existing injection molding programs from kickoff through production and lifecyclesupport Act as the main liaison between customers, engineering, production, and qualityteams Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables aremet Coordinate mold builds, sampling, and productionlaunches Monitor program performance including cost, quality, and deliverymetrics Lead customer meetings, provide updates, and address concernsproactively Support quoting and cost analysis for new and existingprograms Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful programexecution Ensure all documentation, specifications, and customer requirements aremet Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalentexperience) 3–7+ years of experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or relatedindustry Previous program management or project management experiencepreferred Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and productionworkflows Excellent communication and customer relationshipskills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project,etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with APQP, PPAP, and product launchprocesses Familiarity with tooling development and moldqualification Strong problem-solving and organizationalskills Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is aplus What We Offer Competitive salary based onexperience Health, dental, and visioninsurance Paid time off andholidays Opportunities for growth andadvancement Collaborative and team-oriented workenvironment 401(k) 401(k)matching Healthinsurance Health savingsaccount Lifeinsurance Paid timeoff Visioninsurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
