Description Digital Marketing Manager Location: Houston, TX Work Mode: On site, 5 days / week Employment Type: Full time O’Connor & Associates is seeking a hands on Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, brand visibility, lead generation and market expansion. We are looking for a proven growth marketer who has helped scale service based businesses or clients from an emerging marketing presence into highly visible, digitally advanced and category leading organizations. The ideal candidate will bring experience building scalable marketing engines, strengthening competitive positioning and driving measurable growth within property tax reduction, real estate, tax consulting, financial services or professional services. What will be role? Lead SEO, website, content, email marketing, PPC, social media, direct mail, retargeting and referral campaigns Build a fully integrated, data driven and scalable digital marketing ecosystem Increase qualified leads, conversions, client engagement, referrals and market share Strengthen O’Connor’s digital visibility and leadership within the property tax reduction industry Manage website performance, landing pages, conversion funnels, customer journeys and marketing automation Conduct competitor analysis, market intelligence and growth opportunity assessment Build lead generation, nurturing, attribution and campaign reporting systems Track ROI, CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline contribution and campaign performance Manage agencies, vendors, designers, writers, developers and offshore support teams Partner closely with leadership, sales, operations and technology teams Support marketing growth across property tax reduction, business personal property, cost segregation, appraisal and tax consulting services Travel to India when required to strengthen collaboration and execution Requirements Who you'll be? 7+ years of progressive marketing experience Proven success scaling brands, marketing functions or professional service businesses Strong hands on expertise in SEO, PPC, websites, email, social media, direct mail, content and automation Experience in property tax, real estate, financial services, legal, consulting or B2C marketing preferred Strong knowledge of CRM, analytics, attribution, conversion optimization and lead nurturing Excellent project management, communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills Confident working with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities Analytical, accountable, growth focused and execution driven Success in This Role: Success means positioning O’Connor as a highly visible, digitally advanced and market leading property tax reduction company through scalable campaigns, stronger client engagement, qualified lead growth and measurable business impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
