Service Specialist

The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, reception, and administrative support.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Compensation: 15.00 15.00 USD/hr + Bonus Opportunities!

Responsibilities

The Office Services Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Processing Shipping & Receiving
• Inventory and Ordering of supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy/print jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

Qualifications

The Hospitality/Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Must have access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
