Litigation Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Attorney with a strong foundation in legal research, legal writing, and case analysis. The candidate will support litigation activities, draft legal documents, assist with case preparation and client consultations, and provide high-quality legal support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations.
Draft legal documents, including memos, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Assist with preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Review and analyze case files and evidence.
Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up activities.
File documents with courts or relevant agencies.
Stay current on legal developments relevant to assigned cases.
