This federally qualified health center provides outpatient primary care services to the community in New York. The facility is staffed by medical assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and a site supporter to maintain clinical operations. As an FQHC, the clinic is committed to delivering accessible healthcare services within a professional medical environment.

New York offers a range of attractions, from iconic landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Central Park to natural scenery including Niagara Falls, the Hudson River Valley, and the beaches of Long Island. The area also features cultural destinations such as the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, the Buffalo Zoo, and the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, alongside wine country in the Finger Lakes Region. Visitors may explore neighborhoods like Chelsea in Manhattan or walk the High Line for views of the city.

The clinician will provide comprehensive family medicine services Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 hours per week, managing an average of 20-25 patients per day in an outpatient primary care setting. Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services to patients of all ages, with a preference for clinicians who can serve newborns through geriatrics, though clinicians who see adults only will also be considered. No call coverage is required for this position. Required credentials include board certification, an active New York license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and Medicaid enrollment; Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
