Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained for clients and staff.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
